Welcome to HIVY
The HIVY application is operated by BMOC Service (Tunisia). HIVY is a marketplace that connects clients looking for local services with the independent professionals who provide them.

2. Acceptance of terms
By creating a HIVY account or using the application, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
3. Role of HIVY
HIVY is a connection platform. HIVY does not intervene in the agreement between client and professional, in pricing, or in payments. Once the connection has been made, HIVY's mission is complete; the service itself takes place directly between the two parties.
HIVY is not the provider of the services listed and does not guarantee their quality.
HIVY does not collect, hold or transfer any funds related to services. Payments for services are made directly between the client and the professional.
4. Account registration
To use HIVY you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for all activity on your account.
Registration is strictly reserved for persons aged 18 or older. Any account identified as belonging to a minor may be suspended or deleted.
5. For clients
Using HIVY is free for clients.
You may:
- Post service requests with descriptions and photos.
- Browse professional profiles.
- Contact professionals directly to obtain a quote or schedule.
- Rate professionals after a service.
You agree to:
- Use HIVY only to find and book lawful services.
- Treat professionals respectfully, with no offensive language or behavior.
- Avoid contacting professionals at unreasonable hours.
- Cancel any appointment at least 4 hours in advance when possible. Repeated or abusive cancellations may lead to suspension.
- Pay the professional directly (HIVY does not handle payments).
6. For professionals (workers)
HIVY offers independent professionals visibility to local demand.
6.1 Status
The professional operates as an independent worker. HIVY is neither their employer nor their representative. No employment relationship exists between HIVY and the professional.
Each professional operates in full independence and freely organizes their own activity: HIVY does not impose their prices, schedule, working methods, or any exclusivity.
The professional is solely responsible for complying with their own tax, social-security, administrative and regulatory obligations related to their activity. HIVY makes no filings on their behalf.
The professional remains solely responsible for any material, bodily or immaterial damage caused in the course of their services.
6.2 Profile
The professional commits to keeping a truthful and complete profile: name, skills, area of operation, indicative rates, contact details.
6.3 Subscription
Registration is free. A welcome credit is granted upon sign-up. To continue appearing in search results and receiving requests beyond the trial period, the professional must subscribe to a HIVY plan (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Current pricing is displayed in the app.
Subscriptions carry no commitment beyond the chosen term and renew only on explicit action by the professional.
Unless a mandatory legal provision states otherwise, the subscription is due for the subscribed period and is non-refundable once the period has started. If cancelled, the professional keeps access until the end of the period already paid for; the subscription does not renew automatically. An invoice is issued by BMOC Service for each subscription.
6.4 Quality commitment
The professional commits to:
- Deliver services as advertised, within agreed timeframes.
- Communicate professionally and courteously.
- Not harass, threaten, insult, or discriminate against clients.
- Honor agreed schedules.
6.5 Pricing and payment
Rates are set freely by the professional and disclosed to the client before service. Payment occurs directly between client and professional, outside the HIVY platform. HIVY does not set prices and does not process payments.
6.6 Published content
The professional warrants that they hold all necessary rights over the photographs, descriptions and other content they publish, and that such content infringes no third-party rights. They remain solely responsible for this content. HIVY reserves the right to remove, without notice, any content likely to infringe a third party's rights, privacy, or image rights.
7. Ratings and reviews
Clients may rate professionals after a service (quality, punctuality, courtesy). Reviews are published automatically without prior moderation.
HIVY may remove a review only in cases of:
- Defamatory, false, insulting, discriminatory, hateful or threatening statements.
- Content that is clearly off-topic or fraudulent.
- Violation of these terms or of Tunisian law.
Any user can report a review from the relevant page.
8. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use HIVY for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
- Post false information or impersonate others.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any user.
- Attempt to bypass platform security measures.
- Use HIVY to collect data on other users for purposes outside the service.
9. Reports and disputes
In case of inappropriate behavior, you can report a professional, a client, a review or a piece of content from the app. HIVY reviews each report and may issue a warning, suspend, or ban an account.
HIVY does not intervene in commercial disputes between client and professional (service quality, payment, etc.). These are between the parties involved and, if needed, the competent courts.
10. Suspension and termination
HIVY may suspend or delete any account in case of:
- Fraud, identity theft, or posting fake reviews.
- Harassment, threats, or discrimination toward other users.
- Illegal activities or activities contrary to these terms.
- Repeated, founded reports, or behavior harmful to the platform or its users.
You may delete your account anytime via Settings → Account → Delete account.
11. Intellectual property
The HIVY application (structure, design, logo, content, brand and database) is the exclusive property of BMOC Service. Any reproduction or use without written authorization is prohibited.
Content you publish (photos, descriptions, reviews) remains your property; you grant HIVY a non-exclusive license to display it within the app for the purpose of providing the service.
12. Limitation of liability
HIVY provides a technical connection platform. HIVY does not guarantee:
- The quality, safety, or legality of services offered by professionals.
- The accuracy of information provided by users.
- Uninterrupted availability of the service.
- The identity, diplomas, certifications, qualifications or background of users.
HIVY shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the application, non-performance of a service, or disputes between users.
HIVY lists professionals based on the information they provide. HIVY does not guarantee their solvency, qualifications, availability, or the conformity of their services to users' expectations.
HIVY uses reasonable efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the platform but is bound by an obligation of means only.
13. Messaging
Users are solely responsible for the messages they exchange through the platform. HIVY does not systematically monitor private communications and cannot be held responsible for their content. Users undertake to communicate respectfully and lawfully.
14. Force majeure
HIVY cannot be held responsible for any failure or interruption resulting from an event of force majeure or beyond its reasonable control, including: server failure or unavailability, cyberattack, telecommunications or internet outage, natural disaster, or decision of an administrative authority.
15. Evolution of services
HIVY may evolve its features and model, in particular by later introducing: professional identity verification, verification of professional liability insurance, trust badges, integrated payment, or commissions on services. Such changes will be communicated in the app and, where applicable, incorporated into these terms without requiring a full rewrite.
16. Changes
HIVY may amend these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute relating to the use of the platform falls under the competent Tunisian courts, after a prior attempt at amicable resolution.
